PUTRID Customer Service.

I was VERY surprised by how uncaring and terrible the employees at this location were after having been told by friends (and other reviews), how "nice and helpful" folks at the Apple Store were.

I bought a new iPhone case from this store and they REFUSED to help me put it on.They literally told me: "Nope, no, not gonna happen". I was then told to "Find someone else who can do it" and directed to a kiosk in the mall which charges for help. TERRIBLE!!!

They had the tools, they had 10 employees standing around doing nothing, but they REFUSED to help me whatsoever.

When I did leave I was smugly told "pfft good luck".
I personally had a HORRIBLE experience at this store.
