I was in yesterday to have my iphone replaced due to accidental damage. The customer service was superb. Rogers had made some mistake in the serial numbers of the phone and the apple care plan. Three of the guys worked on it for about an hour to straighten it out - and they got it done. I wish I had written down the names of all three - but you know who you are. You were so friendly. Also, just looking around the store - I saw so many smiling employees. You made my day! |
