| I have been trying to contact one of the branch staff (Josefa) by email to arrange a payment of my non resident tax bill. This is urgent and I am not receiving replies to my emails. My email dated 12/12/2014 was " I hope you are well. I have tried to make a payment in respect of Non Resident Tax to our solicitor using digital banking which I thought I had set up with one of your colleagues in September. Unfortunately the passwords I have been given are not allowing me access. However I do need to pay the amount this month and cannot get over to Spain due to family bereavement. Can you accept this email as authorisation to transfer the money from my account to the solictors? Our account number is ES 32 0182 1853 18 0298504764. The details for my solicitor are as the copy email below. I would be very grateful if you would confirm that you have made payment or if you would let me know if it is not possible for you to do it."
