Awful, disappointing, a joke to customer service. CP delivery failed to leave a delivery card notice. Tracking system indicates my package was received by Joshua... When I arrived Stella didn't ask for my ID, did an address and name search and told me no package was there. Called CP customer service to confirm information online, they advised it was there. Called Stella back and she advised that I said my name wrong! Offered no apology or alternative solution. No contingency plan in place at this location. She makes you feel like you're lucky to get ANY service from her. I will not tolerate garbage customer service. This is in the process of being escalated to the store, franchise manager, rexall head office, CP centre manager, CP ombudsman and better business bureau. Get some people with real customer service skills and let Stella sort the mail in the back. She is obviously not up for the challenge. She finds every excuse to deliver poor service. Signed, a very unhappy customer with a horrible CP experience. Whether she works for CP or Rexall, you should be embarrassed! |
