| Sobeys Is an excellent store with friendly staff, except for the Canada post location at the back of the store. I send several parcels a year back to England and use this location as it is the closest to my residence. Each time I return I am served by an elderly lady who is rude and disrespectful toward me and my family. I went in today at 3 pm 16 th of July and yet again she treated me like dirt. She is inconsiderate about anyone's feelings and puts them down in front of a crowd of people waiting to be served. What I found each time I go is that she treats the previous customer that is before me extremely kindly and seems happy to help, however when it comes to me, her whole attitude and persona changes and makes me feel very un welcome. I don't know if this is because myself and my family originate from England or what. But there is no excuse for her to treat me with such disrespect. This is un acceptable and ultimately ruins the image of sobeys friendly environment . I would like something done about this as I would not wish this to happen to anyone else who seeks to send out a letter or parcel through the Canada post within sobeys. The lady hurt me so much that I ran out the store AGAIN in floods of tears. As a result of such bad customer service I shall not be returning to this location to send any mail back to England or anywhere in Canada. |
