I sent a registered mail from this office. Since it was really late, I asked the PostNL customer service: they told me the mail was never sent and I should go to the office and verify. I called Edwin's Tabak and they'd just hang up the phone telling me "I am busy". Then I went there personally in order to make them check and basically they called me a liar and the "lady", finger-pointing at me, said I shouldn't do it anymore. Boorish and unfit. |
