| Terrible customer service. The franchise owner is rude and lacks customer service. I was there to buy ground coffee. I just wanted to check on the texture of the grinded coffee. She then proceeded to tell me that there was no refund on the ground coffee, even if I was dissatisfied. She also told me that she was fine if I did not come back to the store because she found me difficult, as well as that she was fine if I informed others regarding her lack of customer service. She then proceeded to tell me that she had a long day and that she was done talking to me. I had a long day as well but I do not go out of my way to be rude, especially when I have my 5 year old son with me. |
