All I wanted was a cup of coffee. The employees running the coffee station would've been great, if only the manager wasn't too busy going off on them for no reason. Walking into this Tim Hortons, I could tell the employees were miserable because of the manager. She is not professional in any sort of way. A real manager would've waited until customers were not in line waiting to handle business with her employees. Needless to say, I will not come back until the manager matures or until a new one is hired. |

I came into this Tim Horton's, and I was very polite, and I ordered coffee and a dozen doughnuts. As I waited for my order, I heard the manager and a woman making rude remarks about me. Needless to say, I will not be returning. The manager is VERY unprofessional, and also treats her workers unfair. In my opinion, a manager should know his/her responsibilities, know how to behave, and treat his/her workers all the same. I feel as if the manager here should be a worker, not a manager. She was very rude. I will not return here. |
