Although the rest of the service is excellent, I find that the hot chocolate too often tastes of water. Over the years I have often had hod chocolate at many tims, and they have almost always been escellent, but at this location for whatever reason the hot chocolate is either diluted or the machine needs to be replaced. Recently on December 11 at 4 pm I took 3 medium hot chocolates and I large, of the four people tasting this on the waty to a hockey game, we all threw it away. This morning I again stopped at Tims for breakfast with mey two granddaughter's, complained about yesterday's incident and received two medium hot chocolates at no charge, Unfortunately they again tasted watery. I will no looner go the THIS Tim Horton. ùùi find it very disapointing that with the numerous complaints I have made over the years, at least one or two per year, the problem hase still not been resolved. I have not complained everytime that this has happened. Thanks |
